All the organisation of the service and the methods of collection and return of the device were excellent. The only small problem is that in some cases there have been slowdowns in the connection

I used it for 3 weeks, excellent, working all times, no limited data access, little place for a good battery, I recommand

The connection was reliable even out to Kyushu area. Although there were moments that the signal were low but it went back strong. This service is recommended. The only drawback is there is no data sharing if you get unlimited data service.

coverage very good in all Japan, average speed but enough for communication and GPS, price was fair, device enough battery for one day with provided power bank.
Overall very happy with Japan wireless

Works very well. Doesn’t always work in all areas and also sometimes kicks u off. Still the best product of its kind and compared to years ago it’s a much better product.

I really appreciated the pocket Wi-Fi.
It worked well during my trip to Japan and the external battery is very useful.

Very quick replies from their service center. They replied to my questions within an hour. Fast and reliable service.

Very good service and coverage around all cities visited

This was easy to install and ut worked great the entire time I was traveling around Japan

We traveled to Japan for two weeks. My family included 5 people with smart phones. We rented two units to maintain connection while we traveled through Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka and Kobe.

We had a great experience as we were connected through all but the most remote areas and were able to use our wifi to navigate the train system and the regions we visited.

I highly recommend!
