I was able to pick up the module as soon as I arrived in Kansai Airport and start using the internet straight away. There was absolutely nothing to return but put them into the already prepared, pre-paid envelope and dump into a post box. This served my wife and myself for 4 days very well! Surely if I re-visit Japan, I will use this service, again!

Japan wireless provider great service.

Consistently reliable and hassle-free.

Will use Japan wireless in the future

Service was reliable and appreciated the extra battery. Easy pick up and drop off options. Would be perfect if pocket wifi was lighter.

Worked well throughout my recent visit to Tokyo & Nikko. Recommend.

I was referred to Japan Wireless from friends who used to live in Japan, and travel to Japan yearly. It was so easy!
I had the wireless device and battery delivered to our hotel on Tokyo, and when finished they provided a self addressed envelope that another hotel receptionist mailed for us before we went to the airport.
It was extremely useful to have and we needed the devices because we traveled in various areas and countrysides! Our cells were always fully charged!

Thank you!!!

With coverage throughout the country. The battery did not run out on any day despite using maps continuously.

Our trip covered both Tokyo and Kyoto. We picked up the pocket wifi at Narita airport, simple pick up process. The pocket wifi was used by 4 phones and it works flawlessly. One thing challenging is the power bank came with it last for probably half a day for us, we will need to use our own power bank to compensate for the second half of the day typically. The return process at the airport post box is simple too.

Great service, easy to collect/return from airport.
Straight forward to set up. Would definitely recommend.
