We activated eSIMs on all our phones. We didn't need anything else on our whole trip. No more dependency on hotel wifi. Made calls over WhatsApp.

Adviseable to get when travelling. Very convenient delivery and return/drop off process

We were very happy with the product. We had wifi everywhere we went. Pick-up and drop-off was very easy. Thank you so much Japan Wireless! We will definitely use your company next time we visit Japan.

I visited several cities in Japan and always internet connection was available, highly recommend

Pick up at airport was easy. The device worked as needed (we didn't need a lot of data), the back up charger came in handy on a couple of long days, the drop off at airport was easy.

I rented portable wifi with unlimited usage. Worked seamlessly through our trip in Japan, including cities and some remote locations. 5 people connected simultaneously. Highly recommended!

Everything went seamlessly. Easy pick up and drop off at my hotel. When I had a problem, I emailed customer service and they fixed it immediately. I was so impressed with their responsiveness. Thank you!

Very fast and never had any interruption

I heard two members of my group ordered it before my trip, and I thought I would like it too. So, I researched about it and found out I can order while in Japan. I was able to plan ahead and order to my next hotel no problem. Best purchase.

Aucuns soucis avec le pocket wifi.
Récupération à l'aéroport. Renvoi par courrier en boite postale.

Simple d'utilisation. Pas cher
Parfait, rien à dire
