I am totally satisfied with Japan wireless service. I have been a customer for about 20 years
Very convenient and easy to use. .

Haz been very easy to use... And they provide you already everything to return it, included the envelope. All you need to do is to switch it on and connect your phone... And in thw end you just need to close it in the envelope they provided and leave it in a post box.

Molto bene! È stato utile e facile per il nostro viaggio

Exactly as described. Everything worked flawlessly from pickup to drop off. Use this company with 1000% confidence!!

Very easy pick-up and return. Works properly, only one time there was an issue with the sim card provider, which was resolved shortly.

I’ve used this service many times and it’s always been smooth and easy. I prefer the hotspot and am so happy they still include it!

Very easy to order and use!

Everything went smooth

This wifi service has been my consistent provider every time I visit all over Japan. No problems encountered, just a couple of restarts to the device when it loses signal while traveling.

Convenient pickup location (at airport), easy set up, and easy return (drop at any mailbox). Highly recommend!!
