Very good to day sem japan

Everything went fine.
We picked up our router at Ninja Wifi counter at Tokyo Haneda airport (they do the deliver services on behalf of Japan Wireless).
During our vacation we got a problem with our router battery charge, I wrote an e-mail to Japan Wireless service center and the day after the delivered a new router to our apartment in Kyoto (they were great!).
I strongly recommend this company.

Was always in touch with relatives and colleagues though being far far away

Handy pick-up at Haneda Airport. Worked well throughout Japan. Easy to send back with pre-paid envelope. Would use again.

Despite the delay for pick up of the pocket wifi due to weather issues, I was still able to pick up my pocket wifi without issue! Connection was fast and battery life was great! Drop off method was also very easy and convenient! Would recommend!

Fast and stable internet

Excellent very helpful during our stay in japan

It worked really well! Super convenient to pick up and drop off. You just turn it on, find the network on your device, and connect (with the password). My wife and I were able to use it no problem for our 2 week trip to Japan. It was small enough to fit in my fanny pack (that I would wear everywhere) and it kept the charge really well (every night we'd charge it and it would last most of the day). The connection speed was really good considering the constant use (especially for mild web-browsing and google maps) and we were able to use it in train stations/on trains too (that being said, there was only once when we used it A LOT one day and it did slow the speed down a little, but the next day it was right back to the usual speed). All in all, very happy with it. :)
