Easy to use and stayed charge all day

It comes in a pouch with everything you need. Return was easy as well. Be sure to charge it each night to not lose wifi at any moment

I got the QR code to start the network just after the pirchasing, very qucik and the network quality is also good👍

So happy with my pocket wifi, so convenient and no hassle.

Ottimo servizio e giusto prezzo.
Bravi!

Reliable everywhere , we recommand

Excellent customer service. I have used the company both times of my recent travel to Japan.

I can't imagine my trip without the pocket wifi. It was easy to get, easy to use, very reliable, easy to return. Will definitely use this service again on my next trip!

Recently rented the Pocket WiFi - Premium as my family of 7's primary internet and WiFi phone/texting service for our one-week trip to Osaka and Tokyo. It worked flawlessly for the entire trip with only one or two minor service interruptions when we were in a tunnel on a train. Couldn't be happier and would 100% recommend and plan to use the service again for our next visit.

I had a very pleasant experience with Japan Wireless, it is a high quality internet service. I did have an issue with their pocket wi-fi the first day because it was not connecting, so they sent me right away a second pocket wifi. Their customer service and response time are very good.
