Good service and good connection

Picked up the Pocket Wifi on 3rd floor - we arrived on 2nd floor Haneda Terminal 3. Easy to find and return - of course I had to go back and learn how to operate the Pocker Wifi, since it is upgraded from last time. Also got the translator but I really did not stay long enough to make good use of it. Easy to return. May get ESIM next time which they also carry.

Great company with excellent service. Every year I order from the device while on a business trip to Japan. This time I was sick and could not return the router in time, however I was kindly allowed to return the device later. Thank you very much for such service!

very convenient and reliable

Very good service. Very appropriate for our trip duration

Ha funzionato tutto benissimo. Sono molto soddisfatta.

14 days around Japan , five devices , never problem . Good service

Efficient, cheaper than the others, working almost anywhere in Japan including the mountains (Nagano area and Nikko) and Okinawa prefecture (Ishigaki and Zamami)

Very easy to order, we ordered shortly before arriving. It was ready for us at our hotel, it all worked really well and just a couple of days later we could send ik back at Narita airport. A good and trustworthy company!

Awesome service, had no problems throughout my whole trip
