The team at Japan Wireless were great! They communicated well, provided great details/information, the pickup and return was super easy, and the pocket wifi itself worked great for our family of 4. Thanks!

Consiglio sia il poket wifi che la esim, hanno sempre funzionato, mai problemi (ne avevamo 3, solo 1 aveva la batteria che durava meno delle altre, ma danno in dotazione in powerbank) a noi durava tutto il giorno, con utilizzo a pieno regime di maps e wa. Facile il recupero e la riconsegna ad Haneda (terzo piano il recupero al loro banchetto) la riconsegna agli imbarchi. Prezzi nella media più bassi dei competitor.
Consigliato (PS: per fortuna è andato tutto bene, dunque non sappiamo come è l'assistenza clienti).
