Very reliable wireless network, 0 problems with it and decently fast.

Really nice to have a pocket wifi on the go. Always online, shared and fast. Will be using it again.

We had two devices and needed 3gb a day! It was easy and cheap

We used both esims and a pocket wifi. They both worked great for our family! Those with locked phones used the pocket wifi which was on SoftBank and the esims (nttdocomo) on unlocked phones. Having some on different carriers was awesome when in a rare instance, one carrier might not have a strong signal. Saved a bunch of yen and got more data vs the packages available at the airport. If you order the pocket wifi ahead of time it can be at an airport kiosk to pick up (or your hotel) when you arrive. I forgot to order it ahead of time but no worries!! I ordered it online in the morning, maybe like 9:30am?? (I think there is a cut off time but I forgot what it was) and it was delivered to our hotel same day in the late afternoon!! Amazingly fast service!! Returning it was just as easy! They give you a prepaid postage envelope that you just put in a red mailbox or just as easy, hand off to the post office kiosk both of these right in terminal 2 at Narita where we were checking our bags to take off. No extra effort at all! Overall the best experience and the packages worked seemlessly!

I did appreciate the service. The package was delivered in my hotel in Tokyo earlier as expected. Very good net work coverage in Tokyo Osaka Kyoto Hakone and Nara where i have been. I do recommend.

Good wifi connection

We arrive at Kansai Airport and picked up our wireless device very easily. Even with no Japanese we were out of there with our wifi device within five minutes and the counter was very easy to find.
Due to a typhoon we ended up unexpectedly leaving Japan from Tokyo instead of Osaka with no notice. We posted the device back from Narita instead of Kansai on our departure day, and by the time we arrived home in Australia we had already received an email saying our wifi had been received with no issues. Couldn’t be easier!
We had unlimited wifi for the whole family (8 devices) for the entire trip without any stress about data usage. We will absolutely be using again for our future trips to Japan. Thank you!
