I had trouble at the start getting the esim to connect, but Japan Wireless provided a quick follow up and the solution worked, the rest of our trip it worked perfectly. Thanks.

Very reliable, easy to use, great battery life, easy return!

I've rented a pocket wifi from Japan Wireless on many occasions and I've never been disappointed with their service or products. They've always delivered the wifi on-time and the connection is great. It's also helpful that they provide a battery backup, although I've rarely had to use it. I will continue to rent from Japan Wireless for my future travels to Japan.

Good service and excellent connection

Japan e-sim is really helpful to have when travelling to Japan to keep you online when navigating routes, opening up google translate and doing anything online. Fast, reliable and has a wide coverage. Highly recommended.
