Perfect in every aspect. I even had full wifi access in the mountains of Hōfu, Yamaguchi prefecture.

It was very easy to find the pick up counter at the airport and set up the device. I had some issues with the included charging cable, but was able to use my own just fine. The set even came with its own portable battery pack and wall charger! Wifi connection was reliable throughout Tokyo. Definitely recommended for travelers.

Really excellent service and quality, no issues with connectivity and held it's battery charge really well. So important for using Google maps and taking all those holiday photos!
It was a little tricky to find their new location on Haneda airport, however once found the customer service was excellent. Will be happy to order from Japan Wireless again in the future.

Been using Japan wireless for my family’s travel since 2018, pocket wifi is fast with very reliable signal. Recently, we had a minor problem with the charging cable but they were able to fix and address it by sending a replacement to our accommodation fast. Highly recommended.
