It was a smooth transaction with Japan Wireless, and the Wi-Fi device I rented covers all the places I have visited in Japan. I went to Tokyo, Yamanashi, Nagoya, Kyoto, and Osaka and did not experience any downtime in all locations.

We took it to Tokyo, Kyoto and Kanazawa. It worked perfectly everywhere - even while riding the Shinkansen.

This was so easy. Only thing was I ordered on my phone and then you cannot use the QR code but that was sorted easily.

Best decision I ever made traveling! I was never without wifi! Pick up was a breeze. Young woman helped me set up my device. Drop off was easy, pop everything in pouch, drop in mailbox. Within a couple of hours it was scanned in and I was notified it was received. Every time I talk about my trip to Japan, I add that the best thing I did was get Japan-wireless! Thank you--it made me trip worry free. Knowing I would always have wifi was a comfort!
