Wifi was delivered to my hotel and worked everywhere I traveled in Fukuoka and Hiroshima.

Japan wireless has always been my go to Company when I visit Japan. Always dependable, and responsive to customer needs in a very timely manner! Outstanding and professional service warrants an outstanding rating!

I came across Japan wireless while watching a bunch of YouTube videos related to Japan travelers. Japan wireless based on my research of the most affordable and continent return options. I love that they provide a prepaid return envelop to make it easy to drop off at mail box. In my case, I ask the hotel to mail it out for me.

The WiFi connection was perfect. We did not experience is slow or drop services at all. The battery life lasted all day on a single charge. Japan wireless also provided a portable battery back to charge on the go should you need it. I also appreciate the pouch that was provided to keep everything organized (the pocket wifi, the portable charger, the charging cable and block).

I would definitely rent from Japan wireless again when I travel to Japan.

Japanese wireless had fantastic coverage throughout our trip to Japan (Tokyo, hakone, Kyoto, Hiroshima and Osaka) it was delivered the day before to our hotel at Disneyland and came complete with a portable battery. The only downside was the battery life, it lasted roughly half a day then it had to be plugged into the portable battery to finish off, which was not a problem but it was two more things you needed to charge at night

I travel to Japan 4 to 5 times per year, and I have used using Japan Wireless on every trip for as long as I remember. Their equipment works without fail, and their customer service is great. I highly recommend it.

2nd time using this company. I was able to use the wireless hotspot for multiple devices easily. however this time I did receive the wrong cable / charger- someone must have returned it wrong or something - however- I emailed them to see if there was anything they could do- and poof- the charger appeared at my hotel the very following day. So I was able to use everything uninterrupted. I am convinced that even in the event that something does go wrong this company will make it right, and that is comforting to me. I will continue to use this company each trip. Thank you for excellent service!
