Very easy to pick up and even easier to drop off. We got a wifi device, to use with two phones. Constant upload of tons of pictures to cloud backup had no issues. Very good 4G connections everywhere with constant five bars on both phones. Visited Tokyo and Osaka, and I only remember two times with no service, few minutes on the train between these cities.
The battery lasted every day until late night, but don't forget to charge every night or have a big backup battery handy.
I highly recommend this service for wireless needs.

no problems , worked very well

excellent service, product worked perfectly everywhere we went

- Clear explanation on the offer and how to receive the wifi device.
- No hidden extra costs.
- Clear indication on how and where to get the device at the airport, how to use it, and how and when to return it.
- Devices worked perfectly for 18 days all day long with two cellphones connected, almost never used the extra battery provided.

Very easy to use.. Hi-speed wifi.. No signal disruptions. Battery life is enough for a whole day use. Easy pick up,, and easy drop off, too!

Convenient service, easy to use and great coverage. Would highly recommend to friends and family

Easy to use, reliable, and affordable. Nothing to complain.

Second time using Pocket WiFi, easy and efficient yet again!

Worked great and easy setup, perfect when you have multiplte people and devices. Delivered to our hotel and drop-off made simple at a postbox. I wish other countries had this product!

The renting process is very efficient, easy and the price is reasonable. I definitely will rent pocket Wi-Fi again from this company.
