Relatively easy to get and to return. Performance was good enough for my need.

Unit worked great in Tokyo, Kyoto and Hiroshima. Only suggestion would be to keep in a hard shell or area where you can't accidentally turn it off by pressing the button without even knowing. Easy pick up and drop off, great service!

Great for traveling. We picked it up at the airport after providing the email/QR code and then returned it to a mail box right before security at the airport. Set up was easy, just like a regular wifi router with the ID/Password on the device, connect with your device and keep it close.

Easy to order. Picked up from hotel..easy to return in prepaid envelope.

Pick up from Narita was easy. The wireless it was great for our needs. & easy drop off at Haneda. Highly recommend.
