Super easy pick up and drop off instructions. Reasonably priced & the internet service was great. No problems to report. Highly recommend & would order again. Thank you Japan Wireless for making our Japan trip even more awesome!

The connection was great, it was easy to set up and worked everywhere. You just have to follow the instructions to set up the APN correctly

Very easy to pick up and even easier to drop off. We got a wifi device, to use with two phones. Constant upload of tons of pictures to cloud backup had no issues. Very good 4G connections everywhere with constant five bars on both phones. Visited Tokyo and Osaka, and I only remember two times with no service, few minutes on the train between these cities.
The battery lasted every day until late night, but don't forget to charge every night or have a big backup battery handy.
I highly recommend this service for wireless needs.
