Very happy with your service.

My Canadian cell company does not have any roaming in Japan. Using the Japan wireless device made travelling around Japan really easy.

Connection was superb! Better that my home wi-fi or hotel connections.

It's my 2nd time using this company and it was a breeze again. It was such a simple process and it never let us down travelling all over Japan. And when you're done you simply put it into the self addressed envelope and they email you to say they received it. The power bank provided was such an essential component too. Highly recommended and definitely will use them again.

Wonderful service. Easy to order online, you can choose between delivery or pick up. Returning also very easy. Quick. Awesome Wi-fi.

Having the pocket wifi was a lifesaver when we needed to use our phones for directions. Pickup and drop off was easy. It was also cheaper than our Verizon international plan. We will definitely use it again.

Worked as expected, signal everywhere.

Excellent and fast wifi

Portable WiFi worked well, except the charger cord failed within a day with the first unit. I contacted JW by email and they promptly sent out a replacement unit within a few days. Rented for 21 days, so not a big issue since our house had Wifi. Overall, happy with Japan Wireless and would use them again.
