Easy to install easy to use

Perfect service, very usefull and easy to use.

Great device for all your needs while in Japan. Pick up/drop off is super convenient, and works easily right away.

Works as advertised. Easy to install and provides excellent cellular service.

The signal strength was very dependable even when we went out of the city. Very easy as well to get and return the units.

It was far better than I expected, and even worked most of time when I was hiking far from big cities. The battery last pretty good and it came with a powerbank that saved me a few times.
And it is also very easy to return it.
The only 'minus' point would be, it was pretty hard to spot the pick up counter.

Easy ordering from overseas, Easy pickup process from Haneda Airport, connected instantly to wifi. Coverage in subway network, full day battery life for the device, power bank provided. Will order again for next visit.

Pick up at the airport was easy. The attendant was so kind and helpful in explaining set-up and the return process. Using the device was easy and the strength of the device provided fast and uninterrupted access to WiFi. Returning the device at the airport was so convenient! We will definitely be looking here again during our next trip to Japan!
