Both my husband and I used Japan Wireless and we had zero issues throughout our 16 day journey. Very reliable

It is very easy to obtain and use. I have used the portable wifi on many trips to Japan

Gran opcion para recorrer Japón, tuvimos en todo momento, lo recomiendo ampliamente.

Efficient service, easy to use, no issues with device, easy pick up and drop off, well priced, no complaints

Everywhere we go in Fukuoka... even in the subways, the internet signal is exceptional. Thank you Japan Wireless.

It’s a good customer services and the connection was much better than other countries.

Equipment was adequate and easy to pick up and drop off at the end.

Ordered and paid online, delivery made to my hotel and was there upon my arrival, and mailed back using the provided envelope - note I did have to pay a little for the mailing. Overall, it was very easy to use and all equipment provided including a battery. There were a couple of instances in which the wifi did not work or was weak. I had my phone carrier's travel pass as a backup so all was good.

Only a word: perfect

Very good service !!
