Have beed using Japan Wireless service for all my trips to Japan.
Very smooth transactions, very good wifi coverage even outside Tokyo area.

Very easy collection and return at Haneda, with clear instructions provided. Device worked perfectly and was a great option for our family trip to Japan

Very convenient, fast and reliable. Maybe we had selected the fastest package. We were in Sapporo and Tokyo did not encounter any connection problem. We have 4 to 5 people constantly connect to it. Battery in the hub is pretty good, still got around 10% after a day of use (approx. 10 hours) so never need the backup power bank.

It works as expected. I can highly recommend it. I used it for 3 weeks in Tokyo.
