The rental process was so easy and painless. I opted to have the pocket WiFi sent to my hotel and the package was waiting for me there upon arrival. The WiFi connection was strong even in the mountains of Gifu. I ended up using the pocket WiFi's internet connection even at hotels instead of using the hotel's WiFi.

The return process was simple too. I dropped the package in the hotel post box before boarding the limousine bus to the airport.

I will definitely use the service again next time I'm in Japan.

I always use Japan wireless for all my Japan trips. Fast and reliable!

When I arrived in Tokyo my partner and I did not have E-Sim we turned the data off our phones and we were depending on the Wifi device to be at our hotel when we arrive. We were not disappointed. The service was very simple to setup. 2 of us using unlimited data, fast with no problem.
Will be using this in the future whenever we go back to Japan
Thank you Japan Wireless

Works great, great rates, and is easy to set up and return. I use Japan Wireless every time I visit Japan.

Everything worked nicely, thanks!

Guys this Is the best and Easy thing you can do for your wifi in Japan. Super recommended❤️

This was significantly cheaper than an international plan and it was very easy to connect our devices to the WiFi. We were never without service throughout the trip. Included instructions were easy to follow. Definitely recommend Japan Wireless.
