Easy connectivity. Good network

So affordable and absolutely worth it! Pick up was easy and setting it up was even easier. Having unlimited mobile internet access made navigating the city enjoyable and stress-free

I was originally going to pick up at the airport but they informed me that the original pick up spot was no longer there so I ended up having it delivered to my hotel.

It was handy to have around as I navigated around during my trip. The only issue I had was my fault - I forgot to bring my power bank one day but I learned my lesson.

Returning was simple too - the only difficulty was finding the post office box.

I found Japan Wireless to be an amazing product which I will highly recommend to people going to Japan.
The only "complaint" I have is about the duration of the modem's battery, which could definitely last longer even if two people are constantly connected at the same time.
Overall great price for a great experience.

Very comfortable and practical

It was the 4th time I rented such a device. No issues at all. Good speed everywhere I went. Was already delivered to the Hotel when I arrived. That's all folks :-)

Great service. The unit was in excellent condition.

good and quick service. Flight to NRT was delayed by a day but still held onto my order and had my name saved. Drop off was quick and easy with the packaging that came with pocket wifi device and then dropping it off to a mailbox in the airport.

Everything went as described. Package at hotel at my arrival. Easy set up. Long battery life and great back up. Easy to carry in my purse. Always had internet in every location. Especially liked it for following my Google directions walking and in subway.
