Found the ordering process very easy and straightforward very convenient that the kiosk is located in the airport that you can pick it up directly. We used to send it to the hotel but we found that picking it up directly from the airport is more of a guaranteed process.

Awesome service I had Internet every I needed would definitely use this service for my next trip to Japan

Perfetto e veloce, consigliatissimo

The wifi speed is good

Hence the best pocket wifi in Japan. Affordable and fast.

Excellent and smooth

Package delivered to our hotel and we collected on arrival. Very easy to set up and use. Perfect coverage everywhere we traveled. Put everything in the provided post satchel and gave to hotel concierge to post on departure. Would recommend.

Wireless Device always at our destination when we arrive. And great to use with multiple people at a time. Easily lasting all day before needing to recharge at night!

Very reliable! Thank you Japan Wireless!

easy to set up. Fast internet.
