No issues during my travel

Very convenient in pick up and returning unit. True high speed internet without data cap. Never lost signal. Comes with backup battery pack.

Japan Wireless is the best! It's a must thing to have each time I visit Japan.

The entire experience was seamless. Network coverage is excellent , arrangements were perfect.

I rented the wi-fi device for about 10 days when I traveled to Tokyo. I did everything online and got the actual device at Haneda Airport. The entire process was easy, convenient, and reliable...from the moment I picked the device up at the airport to the moment I dropped it off at Narita Airport. Excellent service and I will definitely use this company again. Thank you!!!

Exceeded my expectations
