I had a good experience! Will use it again!

Very good service
Congratulations!!!!

I have travelled across Japan, even into rural areas, and coverage was impeccable.

Device was waiting for me at the hotel upon check in. the device worked well and there was clear instructions on how to return it. It was a great value !

Easy to use, kept us connected even when we travelled out to Hakuba.

I only get my WiFi from Japan Wireless every time I visit Japan. Reliable connection, long battery life.

Always our go-to in Japan. Thank you!

Been using the services every time I visited Japan, satisfied experience.

The device worked well and fast for 4 people until the evening when it starts to slow slightly due to a lot of usage during the day. Suited our needs though. Our first box was faulty and not charging properly, however, upon raising this with Japan Wireless they sent a new box out immediately and we received it at our hotel the very next day. Very fast, convenient and good customer service. Definitely recommend.

This is the 3 time that I use in japan. Pick Up at haneda apt is perfect and drop off is easy. Line is good for 4 people with 4 or 5 phone connected
