Easy to use and a necessity for getting around Japan!

On time delivery to the designated post office and the extra battery bank is useful to extend the operation period

I use Japan Wireless every time I visit Japan, at least twice a year. It's easy, effective and never disappointing. In the old days I used a paper map and got lost a lot. Now if I get lost it's not because of Japan Wifi and the online maps I can access. It's because i should carry a compass. Highly recommend this service.

We've used Japan Wireless for both of our trips to Japan. Their customer service is top tier. The device was waiting for us at the hotel and any time we had questions they were quick to respond. They provided detailed and clear instructions which was very helpful. Will use them again in the future.
