Excellent service throughout my stay in Japan

Easy pickup, easy dropoff, and good coverage while in Japan

Excellent service and very flexible when things changed unexpectedly with our flights

Great value for money and wifi connection is reliable.

Renting a pocket wife for my 10-day trip to Japan was a game-changer! Picking it up at Osaka Kansai (KIX) was super fast and easy - no hassle at all. The wifi itself was blazing fast, perfect for navigating, streaming, and staying connect. Even better, the battery lasted the entire day, which was a huge relief. Returning it was just as simple; I dropped it off at a mail dropbox at Narita Terminal 3 with no problems. Highly recommend this service for anyone traveling to Japan!

The perfect product to use internet in Japan without any problem. The battery Is very good (we arrive at 12% in the evening) and the additional powerbank is perfect if you need to stay out of the Hotel for too long.

It was really easy to pick up the modem and use it during our trip to Japan. It was very reliable internet and worked very well. Super cheap as well and just posted the modem back when we were done! Plus the extra plus with 2 usb plugs can run handy. Highly recommend!

Easy, affordable, fast

I’m a retuned customer. Always very reliable service. Thank you!!

I used the personal hotspot from the moment I landed for an entire month. It was a vital accessory for my travels and I am very grateful for this service. Super convenient to return back at the airport. Thank you Japan Wireless!
