An extremely useful service.

The service had great coverage and was easy to use as a eSIM.

I purchased this eSIM for my first Japan trip and I was very happy with the outcome. I got the 30 gb for 30 days even though my stay in Japan was only for 18 days. I didn’t want to have to worry about being too short on data and the price was still reasonable. I traveled to many different areas in Japan and only had two instances where connection was either slow or had no connection and that was in Hakone in one area on the train, but then I had full reception going up the mountain. No issues at Tokyo Disney, Disney Sea, and Universal. I used my phone everyday all day for google maps, internet, games, and texting. WiFi connection was used only at hotels at night which was pretty late. Overall, I used about 1 gb or a little bit more everyday and I still had 10 gb to spare. My friend used Ubigi and seemed to have more spotty areas . I would definitely use Japan Wireless again on my next trip to Japan.

Indispensable pour avoir la wifi partout et tout le temps lors de vos déplacements. Très facile d’utilisation et nous avons eu la wifi sur plusieurs appareils. Aucun inconvénient.

We were using pocket WIFI for 10 days in Tokyo, Mt. Fuji, Nagano, and Nikko. It worked very well and I could share it with my wife.
Highly recommended for whoever visiting Japan.

This was an invaluable tool for our family’s visit to Japan. It worked perfectly for all devices - phones and iPads - throughout the duration of our stay in Tokyo and Kyoto (even worked on the bullet train!). The service was faultless- the device was waiting at our hotel and included a charger so we could charge on the go and a prepaid envelope to return at the end of our visit. Will 100% use again and recommend to friends / family travelling to Japan.
