Convenient pick up and dropped off. The device was perfect for traveling- it was reliable and had a long battery life.

I got a data esim from Japan Wireless for a trip to Japan last year and I have got another for an upcoming trip in April. Last year the downloading and use of the esim went perfectly. The procedure for downloading was explained clearly and fully. With the esim I had continual coverage for a much cheaper price than data roaming.

Service provided by Japan wireless is always excellent. It is easy to pick up the wifi box at airport and easily dropped off. Incase of any issues customer service replies quickly and is very helpful.

The process was easy,even If the place to pick up the pocket wifi is not so easy to find. No problem to use it. Good value for the money.

The pocket wifi has a very fast internet with power bank. It was delivered to our hotel on time and it's easy to return as well. The only problem was the black cord is defective so we have to buy a new one so we can charge the pocket wifi. But overall we are happy a happy customer and I recommend it.
