Hassle free return and deliver

very easy to acquire and return
also fast internet connection

I will rent another wifi hotspot the next time I visit Japan. Will recommend to others.

Best experience we've had in being always connected wherever we go in Japan, very handy and easy to use. Thank you.
We found the lost bag for the pocket WIFI in our suitcase when unpacking at home on our return. Please send us a valid address and we will post it to you.

Collection procedure is simple and straightforward. However, the router’s ID given doesn’t match with the router provided. I have to use the qr code to login instead. The speed and network were good and not much issue. Thanks!

Excellent speed and connectivity in Tokyo area and in Hakone. Device can run a little warm which can deplete battery if kept deep inside a backpack. Use an exterior pocket to maximize cooling and signal reception. Included battery for charging on the go was also helpful. Return process was the easiest of the countries we have visited so far. Would definitely rent again.

Easy pick up
Easy set up
perfect reception all trip
zero problem

Product is cheap and easy to purchase. They also have clear instructions on how and where to pick up the device along with returning.
