The pocket wifi was very good and very reliable. We never lost signal and battery lasted the whole day while we were traveling around.

Easy and convenient!

It’s was easy to connect and serve its purpose.

I normally go to Japan every year and always rent a pocket Wifi. So far, Japan Wireless has been my favorite for ease of ordering, pickup, coverage, dropoff, and value. Highly recommended if you don't want to deal with all those apps for free Wifi that doesn't work when you really need it...especially for maps!

Works great during my travels to Japan. I have used Japan Wireless for several years and it has always been delivered to my hotel without any issues. The equipment always works as advertised.

I always use this company when I go to Japan. They are very fast and reliable. The customer service is also good and will help your problem(s). I recommended this company to my friends.

nice speed and easy usage

Basically, perfect for a long stay in japan!!!
Unlimited connection and signal anywhere.

For the week of honeymoon my wife and I had in Japan, this little device was of great help!. No connection issues , and speed was very fast throughout the whole trip. I will definitely rent again next time I visit Japan!

Excellent product, except the time to charge battery, it takes too long to be have100% of battery ready.
