Easy use & excellent coverage

Very detailed and easy process from pick up to return. Customer service was great and responsive to questions. Had some issue with device not working but was able to trouble shoot and they gave me credit for the time it was not working. どうもありがとうございます!

Ordered easily through the website. Requested delivery to our hotel, collected from reception. Instruction leaflet was concise and helpful, product worked perfectly. Return process was easy, although mail box was tricky to locate but information desk at airport helped with that.

Excellent service and great quality for what you pay

My cousin and I spent two weeks in Japan, travelling to: Osaka, Nara, Kinosaki, Kyoto, Kawaguchiko, and Tokyo. We had great service the entire trip, even in more rural areas. We will use Japan Wireless the next time we come to Japan.

Got this for my 21 day trip. I flew into Itami which unfortunately did not have an office for me to pick up at... So I got it delivered to my hotel. It runs out of battery fast so it's nice that they give us a battery. Used it to connect 3 phones at once. Easy return at Haneda. Only thing is that I had to reset it sometimes so I can connect every morning when my phone switched from hotel to the box. More economical than other companies. Would recommend.
