I had no issues with my pocket wifi even while traveling to the Tohoku coast as well as the Japan Sea coast.
I contacted the company when I realized the cord for the charger wasn’t working and they sent me a new one right away. Finally, when I failed to put the pocket wifi in a mailbox before security at Narita I had to mail it back to Japan from the U.S. ( very expensive) but was so grateful that I was not charged a late fee on top of that.

Recommend anyone to use

Pickup took one minute. Return to postbox 1 second. The device works whole day walking around without charging. Perfect. Thank you.

Entire process was easy and everything was wonderful

Our experience was outstanding. Your member that helped us on our initial pick up was very nice and helpful. When we return, we will definitely use your services again.
Arigato Gozaimasu!

Due to a change in our arrival flight and thus our itinerary, we were unable to pick up our wireless materials at Narita Airport. The customer service was flawless and not only helped us find a last minute alternative in Hiroshima, but also refunded us our original charge minus a tiny processing fee. We will be using this service whenever we visit Japan for sure!!

Your service is very reliable and reasonable. We will always use JW on our future trips to Japan.
Thank you.

Easy to pick up at airport, quick setup and was working right away. Fast speeds and no issues during two week trip in Japan.

Excellent service. Highly recommended, will not disappoint. Definitely use again.

EXCELLENT SERVICE
