Definitely get Japan wireless. Great internet coverage while I was on vacation for 10 days.

Japan Wireless always provides a smooth transaction. Ordering is simple, and returns are hassle-free.

Reliable access and consistent speed

Worked perfectly. Way better option than an Esim since it worked in the train stations perfectly and all the remote places we ended up as well.

Excelent service and great internet

This is my 3rd time trusting Japan Wireless and their Pocket Wifi for my trip to Japan.
And again this time it was flawless, from the easy ordering, receiving my device upon checking in at the 1st hotel and returning it via the post box at the airport before departure.

Communication was great, the set up very easy and I had unlimited wi-fi throughout my trip with excellent speeds and no lag even when watching Netflix

Thank you again and I'll be ordering again from you next year

Excellent service Tks

In overall I can say that the connection was good and stable.

Thank you so much JW for your Wifi service. Did not have any problem across Japan. Made life a breeze for me and my family:)

Process was easy and user friendly from ordering, device pick up and return of the device.
