Easy to pick up and return wifi

Excellent on every count. Delivery to the hotel. Mail back at the end with clear postal instructions. Very good reception. Charges fast. Invaluable for navigating trains in Tokyo.

My internet was waiting at my hotel for me. It worked as described with no issues. I would use again

Parfait. Le Wi-Fi a déconnecté 2 ou 3 fois sur notre séjour de 3 semaines mais il se reconnecte rapidement. Facile à utiliser et pratique car il nous permet l'accès permanent aux applications de traduction. 🙂

Japan wireless is highly recommended.
I am a long time subscriber of their portable modem. The internet speed is fine, it’s truly unlimited internet. It comes with a battery pack. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is: the price became about 20% higher than when I first subscribed. However, this could be unavoidable due to the current economic situation & the value of yen.

I also used their e-SIM service. It’s OK. The internet speed was somewhat slower and sometimes I couldn’t connect to the internet in some places. Still, price-wise, it was a good choice.

Just excellent. One portable WiFi has covered all our needs, 4 devices connected. Everywhere.

Excellent service from delivery, easy usage, great reception, and a very good return process.
