Connectivity was excellent. No issues.

Perfect shipping and use

simple and ready to enjoy.

really good service and easy to use/set up. my mom and i used it on our 2 week trip to japan in the beginning of may and the wifi worked perfect every single day.

Worked 80 % of the time. Good for travellers in a group.
We did have to connect to our Data Roaming service at times.

Efficient, ease of use, kept all units (5 various hardware)connected very fast

Everything good, satisfied!

Just like the first time I've used Japan Wireless, the process is so easy! Also have the best rate I could find at the time. Thank you once again!

Perfect ! for my 26 days in Japan =)

I wanted internet connection for my vacations in japan and the premium wifi provided me with the fast speeds I needed.
