The device was sent to my hotel really fast. Thanks to the service, I had internet for my whole trip. Also the return process was simple and smooth. I just dropped the labeled envelop at a post office. Overall it was a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend using this service.

Pickup was quick and easy. Coverage and speed was good. I like the post box dropoff option at the airport.

Japan Wireless pocket WiFi was SO useful and easy to use. Speeds were great throughout Osaka, Kyoto & Tokyo. The dead zones were only in remote Kyoto areas in the mountain/river area. No complaints. My kids enjoyed being connected when needed. Battery life was good and just throwing it in my bag was the best. Not a hassle, but I did carry it in my pocket at night when I didn’t need a book bag. I didn’t carry a wallet. Apple wallet for that, so my pockets were not bulky or heavy. Highly recommend.

Pocket wifi worked great. No problems at all. We never even needed to use the battery backup that was provided.
