It was an easy pick up at the airport. Easy set up on my phone to get internet access. Battery power was sufficient for the day but had an extra power pack just in case. Would totally recommend was so useful to get train info on Google maps. And was great for disney and universal studios for booking rides! If I go back would most definitely use japan wireless again! Price was decent for what you get!
Easy drop off at the airport with provided packing envelope, just drop off before going through security!
From Canada

So easy to use was delivered to our hotel in time and return was so easy
Communication with the company was great when we need to extend rental for one more extra day

We used this for an on the go hot spot and it worked great at a great price - highly recommend

Excellebt coverage. Tokyo - Kyoto no issues

Provided reliable wifi for our trip in Tokyo, hakone and nagano.

Easy pick up and drop off

Would use service again

The Premium WiFi was delivered as promised and worked flawlessly throughout our month in Japan. We easily connected four devices.

Highly recommend.

The rental was very easy, and the service was excellent.

A must have while visiting Japan. Easy to use and the internet speeds are great.

The Japan Wireless pocket Wifi was a very reliable companion during my 15 days stay in Japan. It was totally worth the rental price and I only had to charge the device overnight. On my next visit to Japan, I definitely want to rent a pocket Wifi from Japan Wireless again.

Good equipment, I have no problem for the entire time of using it. Easy to pick up and return as well. Thank you.
