The device was shipped and showed up at the hotel as expected alongwith the powerbank. For the reminder of the trip the connection from the device to the wireless networks was pretty good through the Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka route. Shipping back was easy and convenient using the mailbox at Haneda airport . All in all a very easy experience

I have rented a pocket WiFi for two years in a row from Japan Wireless. It was so helpful to have reliable internet while traveling. I loved the fact that I could pick the pocket WiFi up at the airport and return it via the post office box just outside of security at the airport. I plan on renting from Japan Wireless any time I go to Japan.
