Wouldn’t have been able to survive without it, and we used it all day, everyday. We used it for Google Maps to get us around, used it for the kids to watch/play on their tablets, and used it for Skype and FaceTime audio to make calls. In the age of advanced Cyber Crime, we avoided using open wifi networks and even the wifi at our Airbnbs, so this was on 24/7!

Pick up at Kansai was easy. Set up was easy. Print on set up instructions paper could be bigger. WiFi kept its charge everyday when fully charged overnight. Signal was strong everywhere we went. Self enclosed post box return envelope was convenient and made returning the WiFi at Kansai easy. I would use Japan Wireless again.

Extremely reliable throughout our 10 days traveling across Japan, no issues at all. Easy pick up and drop off. Would absolutely use again on our next trips and highly recommend.

We recently took an 11 day trip to Japan and needed reliable wifi service, I was super pleased with everything Japan wireless had to offer! It was very easy to order the router before our trip, they even delivered it directly to our hotel. The set up was super easy and I never had any issues the entire time I was there. Even dropping it off was a breeze all I had to do was take it to a postbox. I would recommend this to anyone traveling!

This device is a must have for web access while in Japan if you do not have an international plan. It works pretty much anywhere in the country and easy to use.

Ordered in advance and pick-up was simple and instructions for return very easy to follow. Worked great throughout trip

From start to finish, the process was easy, the hotspot worked perfectly and was very easy to return as well.

Easy to pick up and drop off. Family of 5 using 2 of these for 2 week trip with smooth complete coverage. Used non-stop while traveling every day.
Thanks!!!

Easy to use and send back. Always connected. furnished with power bank.

Good WIFI strength throughout our trip. Would highly recommend!
