Every time I go to Japan, I get an eSIM and a pocket wifi from Japan Wireless. The speed of the wifi is amazing even in remote areas! The moment I arrive the package is already waiting for me at my accommodation. Thank you JW folks! Looking forward to using your service again this December.

I'm very happy with the device. Small, light.
Easy to collect and to start using from the beginning. It comes with small power bank.
My son and I were connected to the same device, fast and great connection.
Very good indications. Totally recommended it.

Very easy to use. Work very well in Japan.

From start to end, great wireless service during my one month stay in Japan! Thank you!

I found their WiFi pocket quite reliable. It’s very easy to rent online, to pick up at airport & to return by mail.

We arrived at our hotel, and it was there waiting for us.
Opened the package, turned on the wifi box and it worked right away. So easy!
Forgot to charge it overnight a few times, so the battery came in clutch!
At the end of our trip, we dropped it off in the mailbox at the airport and we were done!
Easy, no fuss and good coverage - everything you want in a wifi provider! 100% coming back to your guys on our next trip!

Satisfied, repeat customer
