My pocket WiFi arrived on time, reception very well

It was easy and efficient. I would use the pocket WiFi again when traveling to Japan

This was the simplest and most cost effective way to keep my phone running with no issues for my entire trip.

I have my own T-Mobile wifi hostspot. T-Mobile allowed me to purchase an international data plan for 5 GB in 7 days. Not only didn't it work properly, I couldn't even get proper tech support for their international data plan, because they required me to get a security code from them via text (the only way they would send it), and I couldn't receive texts because their international data plan wasn't working! Japan Wireless came to the rescue! They delivered a portable wifi unit to my hotel within a day, which also included an additional battery. It was lightening fast, AND MUCH CHEAPER THAN T-MOBILE.

I am a frequent returning customer to Japan Wireless due to the very easy setup and processing and value. I recently have used the e-sim product as many phones are able to accommodate this feature now. The setup is so quick and easy to setup and extremely valuable. I highly recommend the UNLIMITED data option; I did not have to think about conserving data use, and was able to turn my iPhone into a hotspot, too! Data speeds were ironically sometimes faster than speeds back at home. I will always think about Japan Wireless for future needs.

Really easy to set up, done in 10 mins at the airport after we landed. We bought 20gb each for a week in Japan, we barely used 3gb each (which makes you wonder!) so we know for next time we won't need as much but nice to have peace of mind that we had plenty in case we needed it. Would recommend.

Great Deal! The package was already in our hotel when we arrived. The device itself is really great and in good performance. Also, great thing was that it comes with a powerbank.

Very easy to setup. Had service in large and small cities. Never noticed any slowing down. Overall great product. Would use again.

Worked for y 3 months stay, the back up battery came in handy a few times so was glad to have that. Didn't let me down once even on my trips to some remote spots so very impressed with the unit and will hire again on my next visit. Highly recommended.

Great coverage around Japan! The package comes with all you need to get going, with very clear and concise instructions, and even how to return it.
