Ordering process was super smooth, airport pickup was super smooth, very reliable service through out my entire trip with great coverage. Drop off process was very smooth and price point was very reasonable. All around great experience. Will use again on my next trip to Japan

My wife, daughter and I went to Japan. I asked my domestic carrier what the cost would be for roaming while in Japan. They told me $28 per day. As this was a 14+ day trip, I thought this was insane ($392+tax). Instead, I found Japanese wireless and paid less than $80. It was easy to use; a breeze to get (sent to my hotel) and easy to return at the airport. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
