I have confidence with Japan wireless 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

We were in Japan for a week with our family, and three out of five people had smartphones that weren't compatible with e-SIM cards. So we got a Japan Wireless device so they could communicate with us, view maps, and use the translation service. It was very simple and intuitive. It needs to be charged every evening (it comes with a small power bank). Delivery to the airport was very quick. Returning it was very easy: the envelope was already stamped; all you need to do is find a post office drop box. The price was competitive. I recommend it.

Everything was easy. I got the wifi at the airport and i was able to use it immediately. Likewise, returning the unit was a breeze and just dropped itnoff the mailbox.

Ordering, pick up, use, and drop off were all perfect. Kiosk at the airport for pick up, provided envelope for drop off at airport mail box (by check in desks). Zero issues, used all day long every day. Only had to use our power bank to recharge while out once.

Long battery life. We always had wi-fi, even below floor level. I would recommend using the pocket WiFi as we are very pleased with it.
