Excellent in all aspects. The easiest process in Japan.

Always good service and connection. Easy to pick up and drop off

Easy process. We had 4 devices connected and no issues.

Such an easy option to ensure we always had good wifi access while in Japan. Thank you.

Very convenient. Came with a separate power bank and could be charged from either the power bank or from a wall outlet using the supplied charging cord.

Always excellent service. Always delivered on time.

Good service and very friendly user

Good service almost everywhere. The portable battery pack could be upgraded to a fast charge.

I am extremely happy with the fast delivery of the devices. It arrives the day before I get into Japan. This really helps out for me.

It worked all the time while in Japan. Very reliable and useful when we moved from place to place. Worth it.
