Product was good but sometimes charger didn’t work properly.

Love having this! Internet was so reliable that I often used 24/7. The internet at the properties I stayed at were less stable and slower. I would gladly use their service again.

Great connection and good service. Unit was delivered to our hotel waiting for us.

Works amazing and very efficient!

Having travelled to Japan several times, we always use Japan Wireless for a reliable and efficient Internet service

Easy and superbe systeme

A great system - easy to book, collect and use. It was fantastic- we'd use Japan Wireless again rather than fuss with eSims!

Pocket wifi was excellent. The whole family remained connected for a reasonable price and the range was decent.
Highly recommended.

Very easy to order. Device was waiting for us at our hotel when we reached Japan. Instructions were clear on how to operate the device. Simple instructions on how to return the device with convenient postage paid return envelope.

Getting the pocket wifi, setting it, using it and dropping in post box was super easy. Helped reduced uncertainty of going to a new place. Family of 4 used it and were actively using for streaming.
