I rent the wifi in Hiroshima. The package was delivered to my accommodation place and the router worked perfect during my entire trip. I would definitely rent it again from the same company. Thank you Japan wireless!! See you next time!

Great service! Thank you.

Service & coverage was great.

You did a great job at a great price. I will use your service again when we go to Kyoto next. My only suggestion is that you make the pick up location easier to find. Also, the person there said he was not from your company. He did give us the router, etc.
The mail in return envelope worked great.
I think you deserve five stars.

It worked perfectly fine. I would use it again.

Japan Wireless was fantastic! Easy to order, easy to use, easy drop off at airport. Couldn’t recommend highly enough.

Easy to rent, to pick up and to return. Perfect connection
