This is the second time that we have used Japan-wireless and have been completely happy with the service, and all aspects of hiring this equipment. It is a clean cut hassle free operation. We are happy to recommend using Japan-wireless on your next visit to Japan.

Thanks for your quality in your services

Supereasy to use and a great connection. Best part is you can use multiple devices

perfect !!!

great service, excellent coverage from hiroshima to hokkaido

very easy to use and very helpful :)

Easy instructions to use and return. Package was at the hotel on time. Connected to our phones quickly. Reliable fast internet.

We had our pocket Wi-Fi for 2 weeks whilst travelling in Japan and it always had a strong reliable connectivity. We had to be mindful of the battery power but that really wasn't a big issue for us.

Definitely worth the money, saved us having the internet everywhere we went when we got lost

Perfect service, perfect reception. Absolutely no problems.
