Did a last minute order. Support was very fast at answering my questions and making sure I have the device as soon as possible while I was travelling from Kyoto to Tokyo.

I recommend it to anyone traveling to Japan. I was connected at all times, the data size was more than enough for my 4 week stay. I had it delivered to my hotel, so it was there upon my check in. Return via mail was also smooth and easy.

This is a perfect solution if you need constantly WIFI i Japan. It works, it's easy to get, and it's easy to deliver back.
