wifi was delivered to the hotel which was very convenient. extra battery was a plus so you can charge the wifi if it gets low battery. dropping it at the post box in the airport was also very easy. places visited were osaka, kyoto, hiroshima, miyajima, tokyo, nikko. all had good wifi signals.

No problems!

Prompt, reliable service... Japan Wireless makes things very easy for travelers.

Competitively priced, delivered on time and products that work everywhere: what more could you ask for.

Japan wireless was very easy to use and lasted most of the dsy even though we had a back up battery. I will definitely use them again.

Everything just like they said it would be: device came in time, easy to use, good signal / service and easy return.
Nothing to add. Thanks

Very easy to pick up and drop off, great service throughout Japan for two of us. We had to charge it on average once during the day (came with a portable charger) and the speed was always very good.

So happy~~~~trip to Japan
So easy~~~~~~trip to Japan
Because of Japan Wireless

We have used Japan Wireless over the past four years and have found it so easy to order, pick up and return. We typically pick it up at the airport post office and return it there on our departure. Japan Wireless had also been very understanding when we cancelled our order due to the super typhoon that hit last year.

Very reliable internet. Traveling from Akihabara down to Hiroshimawithin 2 weeks, I did not have any issues with service. The extra power bank is a life saver, especially when you plan on being out all day. Envelope is included so returning is very convenient.
