Very good product for travel in japan

I loved using my Japan Wireless pocket WiFi. Compared to previous years, I never had to charge my pocket WiFi during the day with the portable charger. The battery held the charge while I was out, and I only had to charge it at night! This was very convenient. Also, the WiFi was waiting for me at my hotel. I will definitely order Japan wireless WiFi again!

Excellent service and ease of use. Easy pick up and return. Connected 4 devices and only had to use back up battery once. Highly recommend

We bought eSIM for our Japanese trip. It works everywhere. (Tokyo, Osaka and Kanazawa) except Shinkansen.

Easy to use, stable wifi, which worked wonderfully on my trip from Sapporo to Tokyo and in between. I would highly recommend Japan Wireless. Their customer service is also exceptional.

My experience with the Pocket WiFi I got from Japan Wireless was incredible. One of the few that will deliver to the hotel. I never had a drop in service anywhere, and when I messed up the return, they worked quickly with me to allow me to return it over seas! All in all I couldn't ask for a better experience. Thank you!
