This company was very useful! We were able to connect to the device as soon as we arrived at Japan’s airport. Very easy instructions and made it easy to contact our driver. We will be using them again in the future! Thank you!

Japan Wireless made the process to reserve, pickup and return a pocket wifi was so quick, easy and simple! Definitely will use them again. Price was also very fair, cheaper than others. We were very satisfied with the service during our time traveling around Japan.

Always connected in high speed..lasts all day and with powerbank back up..will order again when we go back.

I give props. I was connected to WiFi the whole trip! Only needed to charge one on my stay

Great coverage, easy to use, very pleased!

I ordered a pocket wi-fi for my week long trip to Japan. It was an easy process to receive the device at the airport. Directions were provided in English. The device was small enough to keep in my purse/backpack, and it lasted all day with multiple users. I did use it all day to get directions on Google maps, and Google translate. My son also used it to play Pokémon Go. :) I would absolutely recommend it and use this product in the future.

The best WiFi that we used in Japan. Thank you.

Good service and also good network

Having visited more than 6-7 cities all over Japan, I can tell you that it works very well. Whether in the subway or in a forest in the Japanese Alps.
It's also super easy to use, not heavy at all.
Receiving and returning the box at Haneda Airport is very convenient.

it’s work very well for when we was at city. we
Have to use GPS to find way out and all other information. I’m grad have this WiFi not so expensive either. I definitely recommend get this WiFi for everyone.
